and long-term management clientele.  We want property owners to have peace of mind about the professionals
taking care of their home.

Tom Caufmann is the founder and PMIC (State License #100212) of Bottom Line Property Management, LLC and has an extensive background in residential construction and property management. 

Tom has spent the last five years working with a property management firm in downtown Charleston, managing a $50+ mil luxury, real estate portfolio.  The company catered to out of town clientele and their concierge needs.

Tom is a Board Member at the Metropolitan Exchange Club of Charleston and lives on Johns Island with his wife, daughter and two dogs.
